Random Misfire P0300

So, I discovered a Vacuum leak today, and that it caused a Random Misfire Code (P0300), So i removed the coil packs and plugs, Cylinders 2 & 4 Were flooded, and plugs were not firing.

I am running 2 step colders, Mods are:

2.7"
60#
Dual Pass B
Stage 3 Heat Exchanger
Exhaust and all supporting:

Should I just run OEM plugs, or Step 1's...

I threw the P0300, P0171 (System Too Lean, Bank 1), P0036 (H02S Heater Control Circuit, Bank 1, Sensor 2)
