Okay Ive searched and searched and i cant get any kind of answer for this problem, I have an 07 lsj with 37k mi on it and every once in a while i get a rattling noise that sounds like its coming from the head at idle, if i rev it the sound will go away and the car idles fine even when it is ratttling.. The rattling only happens maybe once every 10 times i drive the car. The only mods i have are an airbox mod, and i switched to NGK bkr7e plugs gapped to .035.. Im kinda at a loss in which direction i need to go to fix this problem, any suggestions would be apperciated...

Timing chain tensioner most likely. There is a revised one that you should put in your car. The original ones are known to fail. Crate engine depot sells them and takes maybe 10 minutes to install
