Usually.. the dealer has to prove that whatever you've installed is the reason something failed.

 

As long as the QC date on the box is newer than late Feb. 2006 it is fine. We had injen double check all our intakes. I dont know why injen is shipping some with dents and some without. The ones that we are shipping, including the original poster in this thread, has the newest intake style. It will fit fine We have had customers for at least the last 3 weeks call or post that they fit like a glove, with the vibration dampener and all.

 

I can't tell what the date is. If it's on the sticker that goes on the box then I won't be able to tell as somebody blacked out the whole sticker before I received it at my house. Mine does not have the dent but i'll let you know if they have any problems installing it.

 

Just let us know, I am almost 100% sure you will have zero problems, but if you have any questions or concerns we are here to assist you
