I stumbled across this the other day on craigslist ...... someone was selling a 06 SS/SC . I tried to contact him to see who did the seats and was told that it came from GM that way lol. HE must have bought it from someone who had them redone . Maybe some of you's have seen these before but for the other who haven't ...here's a pic

if you want them in blue go take them out of an ion red line

 

black and gray is where its at. love mine they match my gun-metal's, silver metallic car and blacked out windows perfect.

 

I'm gonna be redoing my tcs with green leather

 

mines silver and black out with red/black seats... liked it at first but man i wish my interior was all black/grey

 

This was my goal last year, but I only got around to swapping door panels from a black/red interior car with my black doors. Kinda wished there was an option to have my recaro's and still do the black/red rear seat/doors with the package. Still may look into redoing the seats with red perforated leather inserts

 

OR you could swap seats w/ me lol

 

I wish GM tuner source would come out with SS/SC production numbers like they did for the TC ..... It seems like every 05 ive seen doesn't have G85 . It would be nice to see the RPO break down for these cars.

 

G85 wasn't a widely known option in '05. Luckily, I found one that did

 

I personally like it and have seen it posted before on here with black and red recaros. But couldnt ever confirm if it was a very rare factory option or if a dealer did it or previous owners....

 

lol the materials like wavy and sagging on the drivers seat i thought this was gonna be some itr red recaros i am dissapoint

ya but those only have like a hint of blue, there not as blue as say the stock ss/sc seats, I don't like things with a "hint" of color i prefer all or nothing

 

lol not really a hint of blue they are blue just not omg someone just ate a can of dark purple paint and puked it up on my seat blue

 

The red Recaros found in that car were re-done by the dealership. There was a thread about them a few years ago. Below is the pic I saved, because I thought they looked pretty nice.

 

Lol well maybe im wrong, i've only ever seen one redline in person before, i'd just prefer them to be more like my blue door panels
