No it won't be quite as loud. I personally WOULD NOT put the STOCK resonator back in. Its a major power killer. The inlet for the stock resonator is 2" and stock piping is 2.5" thats a major bottle neck for the exhaust. If you get another resonator put in I would suggest this.
That should make your exhaust sound quieter and A LOT less raspy, without loosing any performance.

i have a magnaflow resonator i just didnt put it on cuase the guy told me that the stock resonator and the magnaflow are the same exact thing. so if i go with a magnaflow muffler and resonator the exhaust WONT be loud, and it wont be raspy.

No is shouldn't be raspy at. It will definatly be louder than stock, just not like "you can hear it echo off the distant mountains" loud

ok cause i hate the way it sounds. will it be noticable loud when i accelarate or the person next to me in there car would they hear it. i like the way it sounds without the resonator i just dont like the rasp, can i put a pipe inside the resonator and weld the pipe and the resonator to the exhaust pipe would that work?

Thats what I was trying to say. If it didn't need it, they wouldn't have put one on..... My quote was from a famous GM engineer, (Zora Duntov) of Corvette fame.
