Check the intake manifold flange where it attaches to the head. My buddies wasn't straight and caused a boost leak.

sub'd b/c i'm uber jealous and i want to see how the build turns out! congrats man! are you doing the full hahn build (i.e. hahn i/c, exhaust, intake mani, etc), or are you piecing other parts together?
