Unhappy Running to Lean

So ever since I had my car rebuilt after the accident by Hansens Collision I have been having many problems. They repplaced my h/e, radiator, and condenser. Also my front bumper. For some reason every time it rains my CEL comes on. When the light is on I can't go past 3k rpms in first, 4k rpms in second, or 4k rpms in third. As hard as I try to my car just fuel cuts like I am hiting the rev-limiter until I let off the gas. Then when I get out of the car even when the CEL isn't on anymore my car smells so bad. So finally me and my friend ran the code and it came back code P0171. Then it described what it was. It said my car was running to lean. Could this be from my C.A.I. or something else. I was thinking maybe I have a clogged fuel injector, could this be possible? I really need your guys help plz. This has been going on for weeks. PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!

p0171 is a maf code. you likely have either a leak in the intake or vacuum lines, or something was done to the intake thats causing it to suck up a little water.

like he said either a vacuum leak or your MAF sensor can simply be dirty or faulty. This can also happen if you use an oiled filter but you have AEM in your sig so that should't be it.

Like everybody else said. You have an issue with your intake or mass airflow sensor. Or you have a vacuum leak. Nothing accident related.
