I'm in the process of finding a cylinder head shop to heli-arc weld in the depression between the inner intakes and then have it finished. I'm tempted to have them heli-arc weld the current PCV opening closed and just drilling a new hole for the PCV that matches where the PCV hole in the cylinder head is.

Would like them to provide info on all they had to do to get it to work. Haven't seen any threads about one working on a 2.2 yet.

Nice picture...definitely an Ecotech motor...but doesn't appear to be a Cobalt car...but what did he do to make it work...it doesn't just bolt in and drive off...
