should i be getting knock?

My mods are in my sig! I've noticed down low like 3k when I got wot I get knock like 4counts of it! I'm on the gm canned stage 2 tune. Wit a 2.97 pulley. Is that normal?

the GM tune on 07's knocks quite a bit because the timing is set pretty high, my car did it before I got a custom tune.

with no cooling mods, id guess around 150+? after a couple wot pulls...if u need to get rid of that knock let me know... not a good tuner... but something simple like that i can take care of and ur local
