bump any updates here???? Still no information or posts on results or anything. Still trying to weigh this against the just doing the dual pass. Somebody please post some results, reviews, or something. Where is ZZP on this? They should be pushing the crap outta this, us LSJ guys have been waiting for something for a long time.

for those of you wanting a "how to" or wondering how to hook it up....its easy, the hose you normally having going to the top of the endplate on your stock manifold...hook it on the top/right(drivers side) of this one. the exiting hose goes on the lower/left(passenger side) and the lower one will need an extension

so pretty much just a simple bolt up, one hose on each side keeps it nice and clean. Do you have this on your car? Is a 2nd H/E necessary? How does it work with the option B setup?

you can still run the option b setup, and an extra heat exchanger is never a bad choice.

I have a ZZP modded single pass lower intake manifold for sale. I ran my hose from the pump to the manifold, out the other side around the inner fender well and up around the washer bottle and up to my 03-04 cobra resevoir. From there it went back through the same hole and along the bumper bar to my h/e, then out the h/e and back to the pump. Extremely easy to run the lines and it looks much cleaner.

Mine turned out to be a pain in the ass. The original idea was to just weld the bungs in on the opposite side, but one look between the alternator and the IM, and u know it would not fit. So i had to cut small aluminium pieces and fit them in place of the stock casting(after cutting it out ofcourse) and welding it all together. I was going to make these for people and sell them for a decent price, but after seeing how much work goes into each one, i prolly wouldnt sell one for a cent less than ZZPs single pass. So im making 1 more for a good buddy and calling it a day. And results are awesome. Single pass is definitely worth it. 15-20 degree drop in IAT2s over a dual pass.
