do you mean with the stock m62? or just eaton blowers in general? Cause the TVS is an eaton blower as well.

He's turbo... From what I've read on this site the M62 is basically heat restricted and the limit for most guys without spray is like 280 whp.

average person pushing the m62 hard is about 280whp. I'm sure there are a few over that though.

if you want to get 300hp out of the stock blower you can't be afraid to blow your motor. And in that case you might as well have nitrous. Leads to alot less headache.

Believe me when I say that your more likely to blow your motor pushing the m62 than you are with a little nitrous help.

Are you arguing my point? I know you can do it, but it's a lot easier and safer with some nitrous help.

It's impressive that somone has been running that for over a year though.

i will by mid summer. i dynoed 270whp and thats without the ported and polished head that should be done soon. my mods are header, dp with cut out, cust. cat back, port n polish tb, 3in intake, light weight crank pulley, 2.79 pulley, 60's, cust dryice box holds extra 3/4 of a gallon coolant, c/a heat exchanger. Headgames said 30hp from a ported head is too easy id say its very possible.

Thats at the crank

I sent the OP a pm but since other people want to know as well here my route to break 300 whp on a m62 without nitrous or meth. The only way to do this safely and still havea reliable car (running a 2.7 is over spinning your blower ), is to port and polish your head and your blower. Also you'll need cai, header with 1 3/4 primaries, 3 inch dp (catted or cattless for 3-4 hp more), 3 inch exhaust. Then get 60's and a 2.8 a custom dyno tune and you will be sitting really close to 300whp just over or under.

I'm not going to use meth that's just a preference. You also have to remember that those mods are just for power, you should upgrade you tranny mounts, brakes, h/e and clutch to complement your 100hp over stock power.
