zach,
you arent running 25 degrees of timing on a 2.5 without a badass tuner and some race gas (if you could even do it then)
oh and your car doesnt make 285whp on a 2.8.
got any track times, id like to see what you are trapping off nitrous.
also, have you raced altiery54 before? i know him decently well and he claims to have put 2-3 on you last year when you claimed 280whp. funny part was that he only put down 257.

But like he said dyno numbers don't mean ****...its the mph trap at end of the quarter that tells how the car is running. If you are running 110mph means your in the mid to high 12's in the 1/4 mile.

Dyno numbers are a decent guide, but your track numbers aren't perfect either. I can't compare my numbers at my track to someones numbers at a different track, or for that matter at the same track in different weather conditions.

yes you can. your times and DA tell the whole story.
Standardizing from DA isn't 100% accurate, as well as varying track prep keeps you from 100% comparing between the same track on different days, not to mention different tracks, as prep changes all the time at the same track, and varies hugely from track to track.

never said it doesnt effect how you run, but just because you dont hook doesnt mean its not an accurate measure, it just means you are running slower times. thats like arguing you cant compare two times if one car has dr's and one doesnt.
