Where is the pic? If the hole is stripped, you could maybe pry up with a flat head screwdriver while you turn it. If the head is stripped. They sell a set of socket looking things that will grip on any round surface and screw it out. I have a set and they work really good. They have a cutting spiral in them thats grabs the bolt or whatever it is if it has a head on it.

ya i say get a set of ex-outs and use a small drill bit. make a hole in the screw and use the ez out to grab inside the hole and turn the ez-out like u would be tightening it. it will grab the inside of the hole and back the stripped screw out

I think those socket grip things that the OP mentioned are the best way. Possiblly BETTER then an EZ Out. I had forgotten about those. I've seen them at hardware stores...

With the ez outs, drill the center of the screw - using a smaller bit than the screw size (of course - since you can easily drill the screw head off!). Take the easy out, and turn it by hand into the drill hole - using pliers or wrench to help in the torque department, and it should pop the screw right out. Don't chuck the ez out in a drill - you'll either spin it too fast or break it.
I've done the dremel-slot thing as well, and that works great.

Okay thank you..ill see if sears has those socket things, if not ill do what u said. I already tried vice grips but the head is too small it won't grip it.
