studder at wot

Recently had the ottp stage 2 kit on... 2.8 pulley, 60's and every once in a while when I got wot i get a studder around 4-4500rpm. Its a quick studder but it can be felt. Im on a canned tune from ottp with a zzp dual pass, header, gutted dp, 2.5 borla exhaust. also my plugs are gapped at .032

Lets take a log when you get a chance and we can take a peak whats going on. I can post the log once we get together again so more experienced tuners can take a look. The tune on this car is directly from OTTP and was just uploaded to his ecu. Nothing else was changed on this tune.

Most LSJ's have a dead spot in the upper rpm range that basically presents as a misfire. It tends to show up as you mod more heavily. Mine used to do it between 5000-5700rpms usually, only one time, felt like it hit a rev limit but then it kept going just fine. Usually showed up in 2nd gear, sometimes in 3rd. Nothing to do about it.

I have had this happen a few times as well on every setup I have ran. Just feels like a quick single violent misfire.

I experienced a similar issue (same rpm & gear). Found out it was spark blowout due to flowing more air. I regapped my plugs from 0.035"-0.032" and never had the issue again. Not saying it was the same issue as yours, but it sounded familiar.
