supercharger inlet pressure

Car is throwing the code for the supercharger inlet pressure sensor; It has never done it until we installed my AIS meth kit this weekend so im thinking there is a correlation, as in the meth mix spraying in there getting on the sensor, etc...i know my buddy ran meth on his 07 SS/SC for a good while and threw this code off and on too and he would just clear it with his interceptor; i guess i want to know exactly what purpose the supercharger inlet pressure sensor serves and if its just ok to clear the code when i pops up and just ignore it or if its a problem or somethin, cuz i know its probably gunna just keep throwing it off and on if its related to the meth spraying across it; im waiting on my interceptor to be sent back from aeroforce so for now i have to just stare at the damn CEL, also, should i not get on it while its throwing this code or somethin, input please

The SCIP sensor is that little black thing on the snout. Just unplug and unbolt it and spray it out with some sensor cleaner. Should stop throwing it.

I know where its located, im just saying i think its related to the meth spraying across it and i think its just gunna keep throwing the code off and on, so basically is it even a big if i just clear that code when it pops up and just forget about it?

I used to throw it all the time (until I cleaned the SCIP sensor) and never had performance problems.
