Well got my meth installed and all went semi smooth until the test drive.. First drive went well until I realized it was leaking a lil bit of meth..no biggie fixed it.. Second drive I pulled over and damn dipstick came out and blew oil everywhere.. Im hoping its just the intake gasket

smart thinking, what pully u running, shoudltn be a comp issue, jus the revised intake mani gasket, but id look into a catch can setup, got a few pics and bookmarked a thread on it, these were form guys goin turbo but pcv never kills, ill try n dig up the link for ya, i spet hours reading threads and other posts to find out some **** on the weak pcv setup, i think the best/easiest i found was a inline catch can mounted to firewall in the stock pcv line, itll work for m62 im sure, but liek i said ill dig up the link, the intake mani gasket is in a sticky

id get a phenolic spacer and meth port, but yeah if ur wot and ur meth inj sticks shut or u run out of mix then u could have a real problem, get a areoforce scan gauge setup to monitor ur iat's, idk if you can setp up a warning for a certian temp in case ur meth kit fails, but keep it under 130, dont want more, when i go turbo ima setup up and cryo2 fogger on the fmic the cool my charge air a few degrees while at the track, ive come acroos a thread with a member running killer chiller, was a pain to setup but really worked out for him once it was all strait, i think it cooled his iat around 15 degrees, but yea op, not snaking ur thread, but back to the crankcase issue, as ive said before there was a revised intake gasket for this issue and theres a few diff pcv mods out there that work, all trial and error, re-search and you find one to suit you

heres the intake gasket revision sticky https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/2-0l...olution-39770/

Meth kits come with an LED that you can mount somewhere and it'll blink non stop when the tank has "low fluid"... when mine blinks, I don't even think about boosting it just because I know it's low and there's a possibility it's empty..

Ahh, nice, but i wasn't only saying for low Meth in bottle i was also sayin itd be good to have a scan gauge incase of inj failure so u can monitor n wasnt sure if u could set it up to flash once it hit a certian temp instead of the shift lights, I know the shift lights are programmable in them

you can wire one in for pump failure too pretty sure, while you're at it put an led on each injector in case it stops spraying ....i hate meth either way personally.

Yeah you can.. you can set the lights to blink on the interceptor for anything... say when your iat2 reaches 140*, or when boost hits 15psi... not that you'd wanna use it for boost, i'm just saying you can set it for anything the interceptor displays..

nice on first 3, but id still cylinder leak test it to make sure its leaking into crankcase before you go for pistons, if you do tear down id go for zzp springs/keepers while out and raise rev limiter a wee bit to carry out ur power, might as well port/polish while ur at it

when you got for a catch can id get a t fitting inline in pcv/catch can system and hook up a vacuum/boost gauge to help monitor crankcase pressure, my plan once i get my hands on a good setup
