You still use your OTTP trans mounts with the F40 kit.

This is the first forum I have been part of where members don't share all of the things they do, including years and parts, when they innovate something.

well for one those who think putting a lsj head on a gen 2 or 3 engine a hybrid or on a any other ecotec a hybrid is complete ******* just because you mix parts in between all gens of ecotecs do make them a hybrid a hybrid is using parts outside of the engine family like using a set of Honda rods or Nissan pistons in an ecotec putting an f23 in a ss/sc is not hard go get the parts from a cobalt with an f23 and swap it all in

one reason why certain people do not share is that others try to take what they have done and try to make a buck off of their work when the thief did not spend a dam dime on anything or others try to take credit for what someone else has accomplished it happens and that is why this platform is still laughed at

I get that, and it just sucks. Yes, I gather that about the f23, but there are always more in depth questions. What pressure plate to use, what disc, what TOB, what half shaft, do LSJ axles fit, etc. I get it fits physically, but there are still many questions that are just not out there. I guess I could see some one seeing the list and assembling a F23 swap kit to sell though.
I guess my only point is the hush-hush **** here really sucks and hinders a lot of progress in finding ways to make things better.

This stuff is pretty common info..

If you posted a thread asking im sure someone would help. They just may not want to take the time to make a whole thread about it.

Lil update.

I desided it would be best to upgrade the wrist pins to a thicker wall tool steel.
Pistons r going back to diamond for some modification.

Injectors and sleeves should arrive any day now.
