Torque specs

Ok does anyone know the torque specs for the exhaust manifold to engine block, exhaust manifold to downpipe, and downpipe to cat-back?

Head to Man= 115inlb
Man to Cat= 37lbft
Cat back= 22lbft

it's aluminum... don't want to strip one of them out
