Transmission Fluid

Does anybody know if our stock transmission fluid is stock like the oil or do I need to upgrade. Also, how much transmission fluid would I need to swap it out. Could not find it in the manual.

The trans is sealed and is a bitch to service unless your the dealer.

I manage a collision center so that's not a problem. I just did not want to waste my time putting synthetic in it if it already had it.

The fluid in our tranny is a specialized gear oil made by saturn. You can get some at any saturn dealer. As far as I know there isn't anything better out there.
