none that i am aware of. unless he hacked the proprietary gm aql coding. if thats the case, thats a huge lawsuit waiting to happen.

 

If he doesn't have extra tables that can't be used by HPT, is there any reason why someone with HPT can't reenable air conditioning on a GM Stage 3 PCM?

 

Even if he has more tables why do hpt guy much more power with a better powerband curves, have u looked at a trifecta dyno sheet it looks like a ******* etch a sketch lol

 

This is one of the reasons I opted to leave the GMR S3 tune as is....

I did not like some of the results I saw from custom Trifecta tunes.

Note: Not bashing, just a personal preference.

 

well for me i went with trifecta just because i didnt know of anyone in germany that had HPT. so it was the much easier and cheaper way to go

 

some of the coding is proprietary to gm as it is sensitive information engine control data.

a/c enable/disable is a simple on off coding.

I have the same gas tune with and without "infiniboost" for about 28k bolted and near stock besides intake mod, i've ran e47, e85. raced people, done fun runs. Why hasnt my motor blown? Can you answer that one Vander?

Also i did read into your links Area47, the one pushed his to breakin point as he stated and his fault. Now that being said did the tune blow his motor perhaps since he wanted super aggressive tune, he got what he asked for IMO and vince should'nt be blamed.

 

Op follow your heart little buddy Lol. I think you should pick who you want because at the end of the day your question is not going to be answered the way you want it to. Just read up on the tunes, and go from their on what you want.

Look here dont get sassy with me lil girl, its not my fault u asked a programmer to be ur tuner and he has a bad rep among alot of people, also that infiniboost u speak of has been known to pop motors, i remember someone saying that vince has no clue how to tune a lnf and from iv seen thats pretty much true and his lsj tunes iv seen dont look much better.

you have no clue, still you and area havent shown HARD proof that a motor has blown directly from the tune. Just because someone makes a thread with a trifecta tune doesnt mean the tune blew the motor. Oh and ya he sure is a certified programmer, with 10 yrs at microsoft. Dont be a hater cuz thats the norm on here and a follower because others say so, james doesnt bash vince that i know of.

 

yea, thats it. because every single gm car produced is a ticking time bomb from the factory. if it's run hard or not. it's going to blow up.
