Where would be the best place to get a tune? And can they tune it so I can switch it back to the stock tune in order to utilize a warranty if need be?

The only cobalt's iv ever heard of having dual tunes was the SS TC so not sure about that.

 

Pretty easy to load different tunes with HPTuners....

Being in WI you might want to check out ZZP. It would be a bit of a drive but you could have them dyno tune your car.

 

I would also head over to zzp for a cruise tune and dyno.

And ZZP will also come pick up your car if you wanted. I live in NJ and i was quoted 600 by pat to come get it here.

 

Ah ebristol is pretty close compaired to ZZP and more than likely cheaper. He can road tune or dyno tune you.

strazdice doesn't tune he is just a trifecta dealer. IMO HPT tunes are better than trifecta tunes with LSJ's.

Thats were I dyno. Good place and good people. If ebristol is too far away contact Tom at West Bend Dyno and he will give you a good tune.

 

You can go back to your stock tune but dealerships are known to void powertrain warranties if they find your car has been retuned which i think it stays in the memory of the pcm.

Yes they have as well as a few LNF's.
