Tuning the Ingalls ETD

So guys, i bought my ingalls etd like uhh last november maybe? i bought it used jsut so you know, so im unsure what setting it is on, and i get wheel hop alot, and i need help figuring out what setting it is on, and how i can change it to stop more wheel hop

OO i should add, i did measure the gap between the 2 big nuts right next to the cylinder, its like 8mm as i put a open end 8mm wrench to it, so what do you guys think?

Do i have to like hold one of the big nuts and turn the other one way? im not sure which way to turn it
