Ill grab a picture for you. Hahn sells that part directly (i found its part number) so hopefully i can get one asap.

Okay killa, can you send me a picture of where you tapped the water pump? and where the bolts are? This thing has my mind boggled...

Also, there were these tiny studs that came in with the "intake manifold" kit... wtf are these for?

I wish these directions were a little bit more detailed.

If you can do that for me id appreciate it alot... I might go buy a drill press to do the tapping myself.

I might drill a hole through the bolt from the head and find a way to attach the broken fitting to it. Or maybe tap it a little and find a 1/8th to -4an fitting?

Intercooler is on.. it looks sweet.. I just hope i can get the bumper back on right haha...

Exhaust and intake manifolds are installed. When i get home today, if there is enough clearance to install the turbo and still be able to screw in the oil fitting, im going to do that and run some piping.

Killa, when you did your ECU tune, did you tell them you had 91 octane, or 93?

If u ever switch to a DBB turbo u will have to install a proper oil return.

Just a note to self.

Im not home right now so i can take pictures for you. im sry. the studs in the intake manifold kit screw in to the end of ur intake manifold and then u slide ur throttle body on and theres 4 nuts u use to hold it on.

You took the front fascia off to put the IC on? all i did was slide it in between and had a buddy hold it while i put bolts in and thightned them down.i told them i run 93 cuz thats wut i run. i also have turbo blue (110) octane available to me at the sunoco gas station not 5 mins from my house. lol but as for that water pump cover i tapped it in the middle of it. very simple.ill be home thursday but you should be done with everything all set and ready to go. let me know tho. I told u those directions were

Well i wasnt sure what needed to be done, so i just took off the fascia. hopefully it lines up right.

Sweet idea on the TB... I was like wtf? lol...

the water pump is the thing with the metal tube that runs across the engine (they tell you to move this if you dont have clearance with your turbo)... is it tha thing? Watch it not be haha...

Im tryin here... Hopefully if i can get that fitting, ill be set by tomorrow...

Sure Am .

I took less of the install.. because i was so into it i just kinda kept working.. haha...

After the COMPLETE disassembly i have done...

Installed new tensioner and alternator. got the belt wrapped. installed the new exhaust mani. intercooler is installed.

when i get home from work today... im gonna mount the turbo and try to do the piping and such. so tomorrow when the oil fitting arrives (thank god for Hahn) ill be good to go!

i mean, that pipe... is that the water pump that pipe is going into?

i dont weld. but i have a tap and dye set. how old are you? im only 19 and did it my self. along with my friend kevin, hes only 19 and he did it his self as well. it seems hard when u think about it but once u start doing it, its not that hard at all. being its a full kit and we dont have to fab anything. lol what do u need to weld?

I meant when i got the alternator welded... i had to get that done..

im 20, and ive worked on cars a whole 9 months (as long as ive had my balt lol)..

im a quick picker uper so this is coming pretty easy to me.. its just time consuming...

i could go get a tap and dye set but my dad would rather have someone who has done it before mess with a water pump cover...

Also, how do the oil lines hook up? there is the -4 on the turbo, and the oil flange... where does that -4 go to?

ok, oh ok. i thought u broke the water pump cover fitting. lol. and when u do the oil return line, i believe you want it atleast 3/4 the way up to the turbo. closest to the turbo. i heard some problems if the Tee is like half way or below. im sure others might chime in, or PM some others that have turbo'd there car.
