i already bought the parts thanks. If it turns out the TTR engine mount and OTTP Tranny mounts dont work together ill sell the engine mount to someone local. And firestorm i was on a dynojet and a guy named James from Raven Autosports in halifax tuned the car. Never did cobalts before so he never charged me another since it was new to him. Thats why the tune isnt the best. But hey...it was free..lol

Ok so a small update for those who are following this. My boost gauge came in today its the stock 30psi gauge that comes with the american turbos..my old boost gauge was in kpa and only went to 140 which is 20psi. I have a question for people. What psi are you at with a 2.8 pulley? Because i was reading 130-135kpa which is 19psi. Put the new one in and its saying 25psi max when i get to 7000rpm in 2nd gear. Is that right or does it sound like the gauge is fucked up?

If you are planning on the car blowing because you are upgrading to the TVS... Don't get it. There is no reason for it to blow unless the tune is bad. So find a good tuner, then work on the TVS

yea the guy thats going to tune my good has a good rep so it should be safe. Eventually though i want to build up the engine but that will be down the road, probably after i go and come home from afghanistan.
