I guess this may be the kind of info you are looking for:
When I was stock blower on 2.7", I made roughly 20psi with my setup. IAT2's would hit 145-155 after one hard pull (then drop down quickly of course). Then, I put the TVS on with stock 80mm pulley (about 3.1") and made the same 20psi of boost, but my IAT2's only hit about 130-140 after the same kind of pull.
Take what you want from it, the only change at the time was the blower (and tune to accompany it), but im not gonna jump in on the arguments.

When I swapped over to my H62 (higher twist rotors) I noticed about a 15*F difference in max IAT2's after a pull. Everything was the same on my setup (intake, pulley, exhaust, etc.) when I tested (except for the H62). Although, my pressure was slightly higher due to flowing more air through the same exhaust setup, I def noticed better IAT2's and quicker recovery. Infact, I performed some back to back pulls last night, and the car never heat soaked once. IAT2's would max around 140*F, and drop back down to around 98*F almost immediately (IAT1 was around 80*F).

Yea, recovery is just a few seconds really, i right after the pull the IAT's start dropping back down to normal. Its all about efficiency.

Around 270whp (93 octane), and 280whp (100 octane) (GMR Stage 3 PCM, 76mm pulley, Intake, Exhaust, Cooling) if my memory serves me right. I felt a nice bump in power after I bolted it on. It def was a nice improvement over my M62. Its no TVS, but it gets the job done.
There are 2 more people (other than me) with an H62 that I know of. One is a member on here, and the other would be who ever purchased the Time Attack Cobalt SS/SC.

Nope.
There were no H62's installed on production vehicles. The H62 was a prototype blower, and was infact an early prototype for the TVS (well at least the rotors). Rumor states that a total of 7 were made.
Correct.
