AMen exactly why im not building my engine until it blows up, i seen too many people pull apart there pefectly fine stock engine and build it and then blow up.

The IC is a prototype race unit that we will have available. It is wider than our current IC and should offer a noticeable cooling advantage at power levels over 450whp.
Im sorry but your first statement makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, the turbo wont make more power unless your making more power?

I think what you really meant to say is that the larger turbo will not carry the effeciency of the smaller turbo unless you are pushing it above the 500whp mark.

This is apparently sumthing that ZZP has a hard time doing, I have a ZZP stg 2 tune on my car and so does a friend here in texas. My friend got lucky enough to get a couple of free dyno pulls at a very well known tuning shop over the weekend (I have videos) and ZZP's claim of 250whp on stg 2 with exhaust is a Crock! his car made less power than stock! None the less the tuning shop is going to be receiving my car in the near future for a real tune and I will with no doubt get the numbers that ZZP advertises but cant produce themselves.

There are plenty of independent dynos and people posting who have had great success with our tune. It's the same tune for everyone. We wouldn't continue to sell them if people were making less HP than stock.

We do dyno a lot of cars with a failed IC pump, or intermittent alternator issue, or MAF issue that causes issues many times blamed on the tune.

You just repeated what I said, except you changed a few words to say it your own way. Everyone else seemed to understand the statement the way I typed it.

I am quite upset to see such dismal numbers from my friends car, but in all fairness, I will show every aspect of what occurs on my car over the next couple weeks, and it will be ZZP's stage 2 tune as my base pull and then the final numbers of the custom tune and I will have them compared side by side

If any changes are made to the car (i.e. alternator, IC pump, anything) then I will personally reflash the ZZP tune and have them rerun the baseline and start tuning again. so that everything remains fair.

the tuner will not be making this an overly aggressive tune either, the car is to retain its driveability.

I do think that you all make great products (I have had experience with enough of them to know now), I just dont think the canned tune is worth a damn after seeing this

It's possible that our file did not work well on that particular car. This could be for reasons like Zoom listed above as well as dozens of other variables that change from car to car. If you want to document the results of your dyno tune, feel free to do so. However, start your own thread to talk about your buddy's car. This thread is about Ryan's car.

Spring blockers or "spring spacers" can be gotten at any advance auto parts store. Go in and ask where their "spring spacers" are. They are essentially just black rubber pieces that go in between your springs and compress them to help prevent squat at the line. Very cheap there btw.

Sorry to bring this from the dead but I felt that question needed to be answered. Your car is amazing btw. Twincharging is amazing I wish my setup allowed me to do it!

this may work on a soft launching stock spring car. i have had terrible luck with the rear bouncing like a bitch when running spring spacers on dr's

I'm assuming (until I see otherwise) that's what the op was talking about. They are basically blocking off the spring to eliminate squat. Used it on my car with drs not terrible.

That's odd. They are used to "jack" big trucks up etc. How many runs at the track did you get with them on? You did only use them at the track, right?

Do you have adjustable struts? I have tockico illumina struts and witht he most "aggressive" setting it helps stabalize that bounces some may get.

Very nice. If you have the adjustable struts I would recommend trying what I said.

I have a thread in the lounge introducing myself if you would like to visit it btw.
