Is the twinscrew really worth it?
Ur not making a lot of power on these cars unless u spin the **** out of the motor or run lots and lots of boost
sry totally off topic....
a friend of mine has an eaton m62 that he pulled off a buick regal...i believe. he said hed sell it to me for like 200 bucks. honestly now, would it be wise to SC my 2.2 or turbo my 2.2? I saw the video of the 2.2 sc and it looked like a pain in the ass. a turbo wouldn't be any easier, but the turbo package comes with everything u need instead of hunting it all down. i'm just looking for a little bit of advise and maybe some help. also, is there fuel managements? i'm new to learning about engines. i think they were talking about the smt-6 or smt-7? if someone could help me out, i'd be really great full. ty.

TVS still is a roots style. Builds pressure in the manifold rather than compressing and discharging into the manifold, like a twin screw or turbo. Hence why the roots are always crippled by the amount of heat they generate. Another reason I like to call the stock blower a Heaton
cause all its doin is heaton up the air
just asking.. cause:
A) you havnt compared the tvs vs lysholm map
B) you just listen to what people say and cant read maps
Isentropic efficiency is a measure of ideal outlet temp vs actual outlet temp...

I just want to say that I love my cobalt ss and I honestly wouldn't waste any more money on this car simply because the car cannot handle anything over 400whp consistantly if you are looking for big power you have to buy a v8 simply because your components such as tranny, axles, clutch the list goes on. Just stop putting money into a car that will never be anything more than a domestic honda. Sorry just my .02. Also V8's have extensive parts catalogs and race transmissions and what not to support insane power.
