Valvetrain Noise.

Yes.. i searched.. but my problem is not the normal "ticking"..

I have teh hahn intake manifold, and it is light weight... i was able to hear the vt inside the head... kinda cool..

well over the past couple days... it has gotten significantly louder.. It almost seems to make a squeking sound as well. And when i mean its loud.. its loud... I can hear it reverb off of teh car next to me...

Checked oil level... It is a little high... It is due for a change as well.. could this be the problem?

Next guess is timing chain tensioner. The sound doesnt seem to be coming just from the end with the timing gears.. it seems to be coming from the head itself..

Thanks!

New exhaust manifold? make sure the bolts are tight, an exhaust leak here can sound similar
