Same thing happened to me, except it was the lower one. 06 LSJ 50K miles on gm stage 3

So I contacted Mr.B and got some of his hardened ones because this was a very shitty thing to see when I went to TVS my car

side note came right out with a left handed drill bit

Do I drop the pan or just change the oil....but than again I should just do both!!
