Update from Toronto
Sorry for the delay in this update. It has been a bit hectic since I got here.
I have met with all three shops and hopefuly everyone is on the same page as far as how we bring this project to a successful conclusion.
One of the worst part of this trip was having to deal with some enormous cost over runs and I will be honest, these added costs are hurting this project. To make it even worse, the wife is going to ______________________ when she hears how much more it is, (you fill in the blank).
I have been seeing/learning about different parts of the project. I talked with each person working on the car and got information about what still needs to be done by each of them.
The wiring is progressing as well as the custom intake manifold/intercooler. The rest of the hot side ofthe turbos will be done soon and then the charge piping. There is an initial concept of the interior which looks good but needs to be tweaked before that aspect starts in about a month.
The timeline isn't totally firmed up yet as thereare still a few custom components that need to be received, such as the new hi-flow radiator.
Digital video is being taken of each step of the way and will be edited for viewing, once everything is done.
The first pictures are of two Cobalt SS/SC's side by side. You will see the rake of my car and how radical it is. I really did smile when I saw this in person.
There are also three pictures that show you the turbo plumbing from inside the car. The only part that needs to be done is connecting both of the turbo dumps into the exhaust pipe.
Anyways lets get to the pictures.

Yes, they are drag strip rims. I have some issues trying to get the front rims in the size I need so I may end up running track rims on the street as well.
Me too.
