The pics make my day just as much. I love seeing the progress happen.

My wife tried blowing me a few times and maybe I am just old or something, because I like it soooo much better when she "sucks"

Every expected finish date comes and goes but now we are looking at sometime in August. I just got an email saying the engine sleeves are in the block. This was the last big obstacle to building the engine. As well the intercooler/intake manifold are being welded together. This means we are moving ahead at a very good pace.

No matter how much you do to your car, it will never keep you warm at night, unless you climb in the engine bay to sleep. You also would need to put on a smaller exhaust tip.

Do you mean out of hand and into tailpipe?????

I have instructed the JBP guys to stay far away from my dual 3" exhaust tips. No tag teaming.

Back to regular programming.

This car is absolutely amazing. I can't wait to see the finished product. I have one question though. I'm not trying to be a dick, this is strictly curiosity, what happens when you have to change the spark plugs? The valve cover goes under where the windshield would sit. Again, I cannot wait to see this done.

Because of the massive amount going on under the hood, combined with the engine being pushed farther back, some dis-assembly will be required to do maintanence such as changing the plugs and oil filter.
This isn't a huge concern of mine because this is a car that requires regular TLC to keep in tip-top running order.

Yes it is, now look at the cylinder sleeves. They too are very beefy. When I saw them and moaned, the wife checked to see if I had a hardon
These sleeves were the last big hurdle to building the engine. We have all the parts and before too long, the pictures of the first finished engine will be ready.

JBP Cylinder Sleeves

The head studs are just a teaser as we will be using much larger studs.
