Would adding the whole bottle be too much. Would it kill the engine or something. This stuff looks interesting. By the way would any of you fellas know the capacity in quarts our cars have for the coolant?

Only add as much as the bottle recommends. Here are the capacities:

Coolant Capacity 7.4 quarts (7.0 liters)

Intercooler Coolant Capacity 2.0 quarts (1.9 liters)

is that meaning for a cobalt with the coolant that it came with from the dealer? no additives nothing?, thats what you would add

i added the whole bottle, but i also don't have dex-cool in my system anymore....i'm using honda blue coolant which is a 50/50 mix of distilled water and coolant.
