i'd highly suggest getting more cooling mods than just a heat exchanger. dual pass w/ option b & meth injection.

x2, heat is a pretty significant problem with a pulley that small, I wouldnt suggest anything smaller then a 2.8 without meth

exp is the best way to learn, to properly run a 2.6, dual pass, option b, front mount aftercooler. I would also suggest a header, downpipe, cat-back combo, to reduce boost pressure. Fueling 60's for sure, 42's would be too small, IDC would be way over 100% and you dont want your injectors to go static. At this point I believe that the stock intake would be holding you back as well, with a 2.6 you should be flowing somewhere near 41 lbs of air/min through your maf. I would suggest a 3 inch intake along with 3 inch exhaust.

If your iat2's are still high you ll need to p&p the s/c and possibly the intake manifold.
