ok so im thinking about dropping my pulley size again...right now im running a 2.7zzp pulley an thinking bout dropping it 2 a 2.5pulley with a few cooling mods only thing left 4 the cooling systems will be the meth kit an the dual pass endplate

anyone here right a 2.5? if so any problems an ect?

Go pulley less. Run the belt right on the sc shaft....

 

I think you are just fine with the 2.7.... get methanol run more advanced timing get even more power out of it.... boost doesn't always equal power!
