diy motor mounts, cobra heat exchanger, and get someone with hptuners to raise your rev limit and disable tq management, hell, even bump the timing up a tad. like 3-5degrees should help with that cobra heat exchanger.

get 60# injectors, pulley, and a tune. its a lil more like 350-400 for that, but well worth it. stage 2 is nice but you will want more. most people agree that stage 2 is the way the car should have came stock.

if you are set on ONLY spending 250, get a nice downpipe. our stock ones are very restrictive and you will need it later on if you continue modding
