Whats the difference from..

vary much so.

in fact i'm in the process or working out this vary swap.

it'll be easy, simple and cheap.

with one of the BTF re-wheeled turbos it would be a ~350whp system.

in the bllock itself? there really isn't all THAT much difference between any of the ecotecs, at least not from a design standpoint.

from the head on, they are very very different. yes, you can turbo the LSJ, but not using off the shelf LNF parts.

so it would not be possible to order all the parts needed to go turbo from the factory?

anything is possible, but the cost is very very high.

basically, you'd be stripping out all of the mechanical/electrical parts from the car, and building another car out of the body shell.

diffrences -

LNF has direct injection
LNF has VVT
LNF has turbo (had to say it... hehe)

I don't see any reason you couldn't take the turbo from the LNF and slap it onto an LSJ with some modifications and tuning. I haven't looked under the hood of an LNF so i don't know, but you may need to swap out the air intake and possibly manifold as well. I also don't know if there are any differences between the throttle bodies, unless you hook the LSJ throttle body to a hollowed out SC or make some kind of customer intake piping to go between the throttle body and the intake manifold...
