If i were him i wouldn't worry about a smaller pulley i mean he cant do 13's with what he has now.

For sure, but if his heart was content on dropping it smaller... I wouldn't go anything less than a 2.7. Well actually I wouldn't go any smaller that a 2.8, but i would recommend nothing smaller than a 2.7.

with all the **** i got i should be in mid 13's...i jus need to get it properly tuned and gotta **** with the snow performance meth **** n get it to spray more..then i should be fine

I think it needs a better tune or something cause if the motor and head is built you should be doing better than a 14, probably a high 12.
