will the 2.85 fit on the factory hub without any problems or do i need to get a new hub. i have searched the theards and they havent really helped any. im going to do a custom kit. i already have the stg 2 belt. 42.5 inj. and i was wondering about the pully. it will also have a custom tune. thanks

 

You would have to get the ZZP hub as well.

 

i have the gm stage 1, stage 2 belt and the zzp modular pully system with a 2.85. if you get the pully system you get a new hub to mount the pully to.

 

Thats what I meant to say, I have their pulley system and it is great so far, no problems.

 

ok thanks one more question. i just looked at the zzp web site. i believe i can just buy the hub. the way they word it is"The hub used on the Cobalt is the same as our GP system but the pulleys were developed specifically for the Cobalt. " just being safe dont want to buy the wrong one. thanks

 

just buy the one under the cobalt section, I've had mine for like 4 months now, love it

 

the problem is i already have a 2.85 pulley and i will only need just the hub and the screws

 

so write them an email man, dunno if the sell it seperate

 

yeah thats what i ws thinking. they do sell a hub sperate i just dont know if it the same one so im going to email them and ask. thanks
