Did you guys get it with the 02 bung? If so, did you have to weld it on there or was it already on there?

Are the gaskets that they supply good or do I need to get different ones?

The required bungs are on there for stock-like connectivity but if you want one for a wideband, then they can add that for you for a small price.

If you contact them by email they will tell you how to go about doing that...

ZZP has one of the best downpipes at one of the best prices. You will be amazed at how nice the Dp is when you get it.

nice design, good workmanship, but man it sounds horrible for the first 1000 miles, i mean bad, like a bad exhaust leak that doesnt go away, you hate to get on the gas cause it sounds so bad, but after 1000 miles or so it breaks in and sounds better but you will still hear the hi flow cat through the firewall of the car everytime you hit the gas, gains were ok may 5-10 whp, mine is still breaking in so i will let you know in a few weeks, i have put about 1700miles on mine so far.

I see you have the same mods as me with the exception of the 2.9 pulley. Did you get the downpipe and exhaust after the intake and stage 2? If so, did you see or feel a big difference?

Is this normal for every downpipe? Is it suppose to sound like crap at first?

well i ran into boost issues so i couldn't say if there was a difference.

with my downpipe it didn't sound like crap at all, doesn't make any noise and is pretty quiet. simple exhuast leak after first installing, but retorqued the collector nuts.

thats one reason why i love it.. have about 1500 miles on it now

so my bad sound was the fact that the exhaust shop only installed 2 of the 3 bolts that connect to the manifold causing a major leak, i fixed the problem and the downpipe sounds awesome now

you need the extra hole if you're going to be doing any tuning, or have extensive tuning done.

it makes life easier

Mine will be here today. I got it to bolt up to 2.5" so I can mate it to my gm exhaust. Hopefully I can get it on today. I hope it doesn't take a while to cool down.

thanks for the rep.

notice that mine has 2 bolt holes at the top.. for an aftermarket header.. i think the other one is for the stock manifold. they are not compatible.
just thought you should know

I dunno but I have it on my car and every hundred miles or so it pops a p0420 (catalyst efficiency). I've called them a couple of times about it but they say there's no fix for it. maybe if i did the rest of my exhaust and installed the stage 2 it'd stop setting the CEL. other than that it's a great downpipe.

that would cause more CELs....or just the same one. also your car would get louder and you'd gain maybe a net of 1hp..feel free to correct me if i'm wrong
