ZZP Header/DP Combo on GM Exhaust?
yeah you could get all GMPP mods, they are all under warrenty. But they don't make a good DP/Header combo ,so i guess ill take a risk with ZZP, but ill wait a year or so when i can afford it and my car is a little more broken in.
Well I obviously know for a fact just the DP will bolt to the stock manifold and gmpp catback. Bolts up perfect. It may have moved my tip in, pulling the whole exhaust towards the front of the car, MAYBe, 1-2 cm, tops. I got new gaskets with it, looks excellent, never had a problem with it. I can tell the exhaust is flowing better, like when you slow down and leave off the gas with the car in gear, it doesn't crap or pop now.
If you are worried about how it will fit, just call them. I did. Call um and say what you want, header/DP combo, you have the gmpp exhaust. It is the same as the factory exhaust, bolt up wise. It will bolt to the stock exhaust, yes. It will bolt to the gmpp exhaust, yes.
Adding may take your boost readings down a hair, no that isn't bad. You are moving more air. Should help on internal temps. Add the cobra h/e and the header/dp and you may end up pulling on me top end next time, key word.. maybe.
