ZZP midlength Header and DP install.. how to?

I just got the ZZP Mid Length Header and DP from ZZP, Thinking about installing it on my own... can't be that hard right?

anyway, i've been searching for like an hour and can't seem to find a How To, for the install. Can anyone who's better at searching link it to me... or let me know any problems they ran into?

Currently I have a 3" hahn Catback if that helps.

no its not hard, just a bit time consuming and a few of the header bolts are a pain in the ass.

also did you get the new version with the 3 bolt flange or the old style with the 2 bolt flange?

you talking about the end of the DP? or where the header connects to the DP?

Header to DP is a vband connection

gotcha, then ya they changed it. i've tempted to get mine modified away from the 2 bolt flange because all it does is warp and leak

an air wrench works well to break the nuts loose...all of mine were reuseable after 45k miles

and that coating will burn off

Speaking of the coating... I was thinking about wrapping the header, but I was worried about it rusting... I live in Denver so durring the winters we've got de icer all over the place. Do you think the coating will hold up better with wrap?
