he's just crazy. Most of the people who run it (including myself) fit it under there just fine without trimming

the only really annoying part is removing the intake manifold since you have to remove the blower to do so, remove all the little bolts that hold the IM on, and then reinstall everything, and work the tensioner to get the belt back on

ZZP's is less efficient, doesn't fit without cutting, and has their stupid logo sprayed on

Less efficient than what?
Currently the ZZP unit is the best on the market for many reasons and the specs are outlined on our site here: http://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt_...new1.php?id=49

They are avail w/o the logo by request and in stock.

We have the China units common in this market on the way for a low cost solution.

The ZZP HE is run on the fastest Cobalt on this message forum. In 2009, all the fastest Cobalts/Ions will be running ZZP.

And are you speaking of your 2.4 turbo for fastest cobalt?

Well I just ordered a ZZP HE and I didn't see anything about getting one that wasn't painted. That's not cool. You should list that on the site. Luckily my Pontiac has a grille there and it cannot be seen.

The fastest Cobalts won't be running the China HE, it's too much of a disadvantage when all the mods for these cars are similar. The fast guys will be there because of careful component selection and doing all the right little stuff.

The 2.4 running our turbo kit is nearly stock and currently the fastest on the boards. Soon you'll see, LSJ, LNF, Ion records for HP and ET. Just depends on how many people are running ZZP as to how far down the list you'll have to go to see other people

The ZZP HE's come with ZZP painted on them. You can ask in the comment line for that to be omitted. Or you can spray the HE with brake cleaner and it comes right off.

I just thought that Zoomer was a funny guy. I have never bought anything from ZZP so I don't judge what they sell. I just find some of Zoomer's comments to be entertaining sometimes
