Here soon I am going to be buying ZZP's stage 3 kit...i would like to run a 2.8 pulley but they recommend 93 octane and cooling mods...Well here in Colorado we only have 91. I was wondering if anyone knows if it would be ok to run 91 pump gas with that pulley. Thanks for the replys!!

I run the stage 3 kit with no heat exchange 2.8 60's ported and plugged blower intake tbs midlentgh setup on supreme 91 most of the time and 93 so so . Everythig Runs good

 

You will see some knock in the upper rpms if you dont run the required 93 octane fuel.

If you dont want to worry about it, purchase the kit, and have it custom tuned for 91 octane. Given that you live in Colorado, I highly recommend that you get tuned for your mods.
