Welp, put on the kit last night and surprise surprise one of the injectors had a leak, just my luck. I have the 2.9 pulley on but had to take off the zzp pcm and put my stock one in since i had to out stock injectors back in so the car would run. We didnt have time to pull off the pulley so left it on. How should i drive the car with this pulley and everything stock? I imagine i can just drive it easy and not WOT it so i dont hit fuel cut until i can get another set off zzp?

No boost. Where was the leak

 

The injector looked like it was pouring out the side, we thought maybe it just wasnt in all the way or the o ring was a little wrong pulled it out 4 times and it kept leaking on the side where the plastic part comes off the metal injector part, i know thats confusing just not sure how else to explain it. In short it wasnt coming out of the seals in rail and head it was coming out of the injector.

 

Yea just looked at the injector now its sat over the night and when you move it around you can see bubbles on the side of the injector, wow thanks zzp....

 

I have been having injector issues as well. ZZP Stg 3 kit with the 60's. I took them in to be tested and the were shitty. The shop replaced the screens and ultrasonic cleaned, retested and told they were good to go. Ever since then the car is hard to start and and when it does it just reaks of fuel in the exhaust big time. at the same time as alot of folks on here know I have been having serious knock issues. I am thinking of changing to the 50LB injectors.

 

Well these are 50s and the injector is cracked spitting out gas so i cant even use it, im gonna raise heck and get them to overnight me some new ones not these remanufactured crap i got beforw
