ZZP Stage III or IV?

Looking to just get a stage kit because I decided to go turbo in the far future till my car is paid off. So in the mean time I want to put a complete stage kit on my car to have fun with while driving and if I take it to the track I could put down some good numbers.
My question is and hope this is the right thread for this is if anyone had or has the ZZP stage III or IV? Or give me some info of a stage kit offered by a vendor that could produce 260-280wbhp. looking to spend under $800 give or take a little or more. One thing that I noticed while talking to ZZP is that they assure their kits are safe.

Well if you dont wanna spend more than 800 the stage 4 is outta the questions...

http://www.ottperformance.com/Cobalt...duct_info.html

495, and comes with bigger injectors, and a smaller pulley than zzp stage kit.. which means more power..

BTW realisitically, NONE of those stage kits will get you to hit 280.

I would go with the OTT kit as well. I think you have to buy the stage 2 belt separate though.

i have the zzp stage 3 and its great, came out to like 500 even including shipping with that, its nice, especially if your going turbo down the road and don't wanna waste alot of money then a mid end kit like the gm stage 2 or zzp stage 3 is a great idea, if ya have any questions let me know

lambo, i dont mean anything harsh by this.

the OTT kit, for the same price, has more power, and has better upgradeability (since the kit comes with 60s, and not 42s like the zzp) Also the 2.8 pulley will yield more power than the 3" that zzp comes with.

All for 500. Yes, tune included.

It comes with a larger tensioner pulley, although the stage 2 belt would never hurt.

well the price is reasonable but anyone have experience with the tune? i think thats pretty key, nothing against OTT just i have faith in zzp, also for the price he could do either one, he's going turbo down the road but of course who doesnt like more power right? lol

I would go with OTT
1. They have 2 users that are on almost 24/7
2. No one has had serious issues with them yet/ at all

Was there other issues other than serious?

I would stick with the supercharger, but with my plans in mind in the future assuming that I get the car paid off in the next 3 years. Just finally after doing more research is that superchargers require more cooling and more money just to make power. The turbo is just more efficient because it runs off the exhaust right?
Well I thank everyone for the information and depending on the type of issues with the OTT kit I may put an order in for one of their kits.

Thanks Everyone!!

If you're looking for a kit, OTT is certainly the way to go. The main reasons...

60's will be much better for your turbo future
The pulley is far sexier!

The tune is spot on 11.5afr, peak 18* timing, a nice ifr table. The tune is made for the mods and i can assure you was not thrown together over night. Let me know if you have any questions that i can answer
