ZZP Stealth HE RESULTS

ZZP Stealth HE RESULTS
Well finally got car about done tuning, just swapped out to a new IC pump and "most" of the air has bled out.
Fitment: Not perfect but with a little bending of the bracket you'll get it in. A negative is that the filler cap is right below your plastic that connected the bumper to the frame. So you'll have to pop out the two plastic tabs so you have enough room to get it on/off.
Looks: Stock as F*$&. MASSIVE
AS A NOTE: I used this a an OEM replacement. I DO NOT have the stock Cobalt HE hook up or even in the car. Results may be better with both running together... Who knows.
I've verified the results below to be a average so far on a 60/40 mix of coolant and water. Again results may improve as air bleeds out. I just swapped the pump yesterday and had to refilling to do after I got coolant on my face...
Cruising:
15-23* above IAT1
WOT:
The pull shown below is a 2nd gear to 4th gear on a 2.7 pulley.
Start of 2nd RPM 4,000
IAT1: 93*
IAT2: 111*
End of 2nd RPM 6,700
IAT1: 98*
IAT2: 122*
End of 3rd RPM 6,500
IAT1: 112*
IAT2: 151*
End of 4th RPM 5,850
IAT1: 116*
IAT2: 158*
Recovery back to within 10 of starting IAT2 is about 25-35seconds.
THINGS TO NOTE: Notice the IAT2 at end of 3rd and end of 4th... 7* Increase and if you look at the graph as I gain speed the increase become's less of a increase and may even level off at some point it implies.

depends how you look at it.... cant really say ive seen anything working on the lsjs but ive never had one to play with...... the lnf on the other hand, ive run my car up to 240 degrees on the track and after 15 minutes the intake manifold is warm but you can still rest your hand on there. they do work. now with the lsj i can see it being totally different because you have a blower generating heat right onto the intake manifold...... so sure you take some of the engine heat out of the equation but you still end up with blower on the opposing side generating heat.

This is what ZZP should had done to their Stealth H/E. My opinion that they should give You store credit for their Website unless if You get that proof of receipt that You paid $70! That's insane for real for just weld bung on the top of ZZP Stealth H/E. Let's hope ZZP will hook You up with something ?
