Also would like to see how this unit compares to the one modern performance is now offering. But unless someone does an A-B comparison, we will never know as Stage pointed out.

So this h/e seems to be all show and no go. Looks like people are reporting the same average temps as any other frt mount.

Heck I had better results with less cooling mods. Dual pass and opt b does wonders. I can't seem to comprehend why people don't just do an Opt b. Frt mounts and flow throughs are a waste.

^^^ troof. I wonder the same thing, have for ever. New set of noobs come in and history repeats.

some of the front mounts were just terrible. ott was right up there with chiwanese crap, and ZZP cut it up and posted pictures lol; compared to theirs, which was not quite as awful ..oh well. its what people want I suppose.

let the flames begin.

they all seem to give the same results between iat1 and iat2 under a hard pull no matter which one you use but I bet the main difference is recovery time which to some that what its all about I still think option b is best bang for the buck

Not really ignorant. H/E have always been a debate. Frankly a dual pass and option b would suffice. And if you ran meth...well then no comparison.

Someone has to buy it to find out if it works, and it works iv already post my difference from my stock h/e and dual pass to the new h/e dual pass it is an amazing difference. I can also buy more cooling mods and have even better results but that was not the point of the info i provided it was to show the difference from stock h/e to stealth h/e.

I agree to a point....

I never ran the dual pass w/o my front mount, but before my front mount cruising temps were not that good.

Once I purchased OTTP's 4th gen heat exchanger (radiator core, not that bull **** they used to sell) my cruising temps improved as well as WOT pulls.

With the addition of the GMR dual pass, recovery is almost instant.

I always ran opt. b (first cooling mod), and there has always been benefit from that.

In all honesty, I always thought about purchasing the Griffin, but how my car sits now it's not really needed. One day....

what your not getting is since day one people have been fighting iat1 vs iat2 under a hard pull its always been a 30deg difference or more cruise temps close to the same this H.E. is no different and when you said your cruise temps were 30+ you more then likely still had air in the system

Flow through a waste? Well, when I fill my tank up with ice for track and dyno days and my IAT temps are less than 5-10* apart I beg to differ.

i got to agree. option B kits are nice to add coolant and bleed off the system. but most of that coolant in the reservoir is stagnant.

i replaced my option B with a Flow-thru tank and i noticed no difference in IAT1 and IAT2 while cruising. but i noticed a slightly quicker IAT2 recovery after a pull....

but ....To each his own....

For now... my Stealth H/E sits in my bedroom until spring time for install..
Im using right now ZZP dual pass, ZZP S3 H/E, ZZP phenolic intake mani spacer, Euthanasia Flow-thru tank. and my IATs range from 12-20 degrees difference from eachother while cruising depending on ambient temps. and WOT i never surpassed 135IAT2
