Im trying to get with FaceLessKhaos in getting the 2.4 intake mani and some parts from local stores so we dont have to pay the full 250 or w/e.
He also has a dyno that i will be able to use if i go down to NC.

so im looking around late september sometime october for the dyno and 2.4 intake mani.

oh, i dont want to go over 105 mph cause i have stock tires right now. not trying to blow them up atm
nice...ya, the test auto car was totally stock, and it drives alot better now with the tune...mine was the beta manual car and i have intake, header, dp, exhaust...and i did notice some gains...soon i will be doing comp stage 1 cams, 2.4 intake mani, and tb and we shall see where i sit im thinking that depending on gains due to supported mods and what i have seen from other people...i am hoping to be around 190-200whp

im going to drag track wendsday and i need a launch tip. should i start off in Drive and rev it to 2k where it stops or stay in neutral, go to about 5k or so then jump to D and floor it?

going to make sure i get time slips there. im going to do 3 runs hopefully.

got my car tuned and i have the 2.4 intake mani on my balt and the raised rev limiter. it pulls much much harder in the 4500+ rpm range. the PE delay delete is VERY noticable. i think that by taking it off the car feels faster but im not sure how many hps i got from it. i am waitin for my n2o install to get finished up(hopefully this saturday) and then ill be hittin the dyno! as far as the service from vince and the guys at clear image auto i am very pleased with every aspect of buying this tune. id recomend them to everyone wanting to purchase this tune. but now i have to wait til they get the tuner back so the 200 dollar hold on my account goes away hahaha

what does vince do to tune differently for the 2.4 mani? this is a future mod. but any info now would be appreciated.

when i spoke with him he told me that with the mani swap he would raise the rev limiter to take advantage of the increased flow it gives in the upper rpm's

its raised even if you dont have the 2.4 intake mani. mine was restricted to 4k, now it goes to 7k. good to show off when driving by girls. pop N and rev then back to D for a lil burn out.

sweet just got off the phone with vince and now i'm all giddy like a school girl. i'm gonna with a 350hp build on nitrous. My next mods will be a full suspension setup with the ssbc brake swap then i'll do my cams, springs, 2.4 intake mani, rods and pistons so i can run a trackable 150 shot. i'm freaking stoked right now.

are the ECM's the same for 07 and 08 ? if so does that mean vince should have no prob doing an 08 :P lol
