2.2 2004 cavailer

are the motors the same from the 04 cavailer to the 2.2 cobalt would the parts that will go from the 2.0 go on the 2.2 cavalier any help will help thanks

The EcoTec platform is pretty much the same across the board...the 04' Cavy engine is basically the same as the 2.2 Cobalt engine...the 05/06 model pretty much identical, the 07 got a 3 horsepower jump and a Cam position sensor. As for swapping parts from the LSJ to the L61, go to this thread
