2.2 showcar/tuner

ok, so i'm being faced with a problem... i'm building the cobalt to be a showcar but i want some performance to go along with it... so far heres what i'm working with all the way around...

The cobalt is currently in the shop under construction....
Mods...
Rk sport lip kit with ss front bumper
18" chrome wheels
Shaved handles, side markers, trunk lid, license plate, license plate moved to trunk lid in box
projector headlights
billet grille
tenzo r drop kit
aem cold air intake

Plans...
Air Suspension
Short Shifter
Exhaust
Header
Full stereo

so what i'm wondering is with this amount of mods, is going fo performance even worth it? i want it to be faster but not insane... around like 225-250 hp? what can i do minor upgrade wise that will put me up there?and as far as exhaust and header, whats the best bang for its buck? i need dual exhaust to look right with the lip kit but is that gonna kill the sound quality of the car... Any help would be greatly appreciated....

as for header, i got the CA header. www.cobalt-addiction.com you wont be able to get around 200hp without tuning so thats outa the question for now. exhaust is all up to you. what do you want it to sound like. click on my myspace link in my sig and you can hear the magnaflow catback. for the other systems do a search.

Those performance mods will make it nicer all around, but for 225-250hp, you need to go f/i.
